rahimah amanda and i did intervals in preparation for 400m this sat... until...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;it's like a bowling ball crashing into the bowling pins&lt;br /&gt;this person who dont even know the simple rule of running on a track suddenly came right into my lane and WHAM! &lt;br /&gt;and the best part was i was running behind or close beside him on another lane and i m clueless what in the world was he thinking to actually change his &lt;i&gt;jogging lane&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;and wow he's a student; X( sighhh even have difficulty climbing up and down the 4 level of staircase =/&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;i&gt;RAIN DROPS KEEP FALLING ON MY HEAD~&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;oh nono i did carry an umbrella haha.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;yea today's rain lasted really long so we trained indoors. and joking during trg really lightened our mood. &lt;i&gt;haha poor szeeee; &lt;s&gt;ji mao bu ru?&lt;/s&gt;&lt;/i&gt; ohoh and su ting your sheep joke &lt;i&gt;omg it's classic man HAHA&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;so for schedule we did some exercises and proceeded on running outside the stadium - 2 X 10 X _m. hmmmm ran with amanda. based on my highly accurate foresight XD i predict she's got a bright future ahead HAHA! yup and we ran and ran; at last we completed the first set. mr tay said my hands were still swinging sideways which is bad. well i will try to change it and yeah i find that my speed was okay. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2nd set - mr tay told us to run with our batons. and sharks! i didnt bring. so i ended up running with my &lt;i&gt;umbrella&lt;/i&gt;. sheesh luckily it wasnt crowded cause i presumed it looked dumb running with an umbrella (ha obviously its the folded type). and we ran and ran and ran and wow within 20 minutes we're done! wells for today's schedule it wasnt really that tough. we had slope trg but the slope wasnt really steep. i find that my starts are still not reacting but my speed was still accpetable. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;so it started to rain and we jogged back to the school. did drills indoors. it was quite fun. haha and i was able to &lt;i&gt;fly&lt;/i&gt; heh ^.^&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;oh wells. swift relay is cancelled. coming up its SPH relays! clara was SUPER-DUPER fast! AHAHA! GOT HOPE LOL. today the long-d also had time-trials. it's really tough competition...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;both my shin hurt like crazy when doing the 150m. ~*#*($&amp;%&amp;@*(#*(%^+ annual injury...this is the 4th yr. once again. the competiton is there. in between walking back recovery i feel as if i m drifting among the clouds. luckily i m still able to complete the schedule. timings wise; it was rather constant&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;yea did some hopping thingy for 100m. well at least it's better than bounding and it didnt kill my shin.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;suddenly rahimah muscles started craming up and she was moaning in such a way tat gracelyn says she's &lt;i&gt;in labour&lt;/i&gt; -.-" luckily she was fine after which. and gracelyn says ITS A BOY! ... dotz &lt;i&gt;she hallucinating la HA&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;oh my. HAHA&lt;/i&gt; aye and we laughed and laughed and talked and talked until the trg ended. and yes we talked about our future plans that lies ahead. &lt;i&gt;thinking about o'levels and junior colleges simply drives me crazy&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;oh yes! but i sense some real exhausting schedule on this coming mon =/ &lt;i&gt;mind you...my sixth sense can be accurate at times k haha&lt;/i&gt;. hmmmm we tried all sorts of runners ranging from -1st to 4th runner. oh! and i find striding kind of tiring =S. after which we did try-out passing at the curve. the passing was rather smooth but coming to our first full run it screwed up. anyway its fun run so it turned out to be funny ha! 2nd runner nearly tripped; 3rd runner also tripped; 4th runner tripped and nearly fell flat on the ground. &lt;i&gt;erm ya i was the 4th runner&lt;/i&gt; aye... and after the run all of us were laughing. yea and i need to raise my hands higher though. weeee i rest while the other 4 did the runs. yay! maybe i m getting use to running 500m. my timings for the three runs were quite close. i tried to maintain my speed throughout all the 500ms. though my pace was acceptable, my strides werent big enough. my hamstring was hurting quite a bit after my runs. the rest were exercises. really. today everyone were so talkative. haha the whole trg were full of laughters. and we talked nonsensical things. haha i suddenly thought of mary! bound from the horizonal of the track to the vertical. &lt;s&gt;felt like a deer&lt;/s&gt;. but it really did help. haahaa we are all flying deers! however my butt still unknowlingly stuck out. -.- better improve and push my hip forward. after which was 150ms. i was on the brink of dying of exhaustion after the first set. the first 3 runs i managed to hit jiao lian targetted timing of 23 sec. but after the 3rd one i felt latic acid all over my body. yea and i missed the expected timing for the rest of the two runs. well needless to say my second set was &lt;s&gt;disatrous&lt;/s&gt;.&lt;s&gt;&lt;i&gt;at a point in time i really wanted to give up&lt;/s&gt;&lt;/i&gt; ok i missed the expected timing by a whole 4sec but i did improve as the number of runs increases. but still not good enough =( hmmm... guess we should do more sprinting work-ups. my endurance during sprinting isnt there at all ): during cool down we did splits! yea cuz it's registration. this yr's cut off pt is 247. same as my yr i guess. Oh i realised something, today we didnt do drills. cause it looks like its going to pour. so we went straight into schedule. zzz whole loads of exercises. and my thigh muscles are still aching from the previous training. some of the exercises were tiring, especially the one that we did jumping with weights. there's something really wrong with my knee! there's this click click sound when i bend and straighten my leg ): and i dont like sit-ups! eeky eeky sit-ups. made my back hurts. but still i want to build up more abdominal muscles! &lt;s&gt;say bye to flabby tummy&lt;/s&gt;! oh and i take back my words. i didnt get injured doing the jumping over hurdles. it's quite fun though. but i failed to jump continuously over the 10 hurdles =/ try harder next time! i dont feel myself sweaty eeky and panting after warm-up. today's weather is uber sunny. so we did drills indoors yea the carpark. gah. i m a horrible jumper. erm standing broad jump is the furthest i can go. lack of explosiveness; terrible technique; prone to injuries. sigh as long as i do anything related to jumping; hopping; hurdling i'll get injured. now i shall work more on my technique and be injury-free! Upon hearing the schedule for the day, i expected it to be quite alright. well on the whole i did well i supposed except for the one legged hopping. firstly my technique was screwed. secondly i injured another part of my upper groint &lt;i&gt;sheesh&lt;/i&gt; luckily i'm still able to run after a few streches.regarding 6 X 200m my 150m speed was acceptable excluding the last set in which i was dying my way through. my running technique was good (i guess) and i was able to maintain a constant speed. however my starts was horrid because it was simply step-out starts without any explosiveness. in addition, my curve run was real bad as told by jiao lian. hmmmm my body posture was too straight. but well i did try to bend towards my left for the last few sets though. The tubing excercise made my carve muscles hurt. Rarh! my hips muscles are not strong enough. the later sets there's no power in it aiyaya. ): ok the running part. Drills was fine as per normal. Went on to schedule after which. complete hindknee lift without much difficulty except that i need to further improve on my running posture (slightly more bent). Here comes the eeky part - bounding. thank godness i'm not having any shin injuries. TOUCHWOOD TOUCHWOOD! oh wells must keep in mind has to always land on the heel of my feet or else...hahahaa. since for me and siti our cones are further place apart, ours is nevertheless more tiring. 5x300m; i was quite shocked when i heard the schedule. At that point of time i was like confirm i will stop halfway in between the sets. luckily my mental kept me going on. and my hamstring doesnt hurt as much. After my first set of 6X120m, my hands and legs turned jelly (result of losing excess water the few past days =S ), head was extremely giddy. Glad to say i pulled through the last set. HAHA by the old technique of closing my eyes when i run. But most importantly it's to keep calm and maintaining own's breathing. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;After which was those exercises. The swirly whirly excercise made my head go tipsy. Partnered gracelyn and we finished it fast! The next excercise was so tiring. It worked on my back, abdominal and legs muscles. ok backraisers...SUPERMAN! &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;END OF TRG! well ate lunch at school canteen. Practised farewell dance. SUPER-DUPER hilarious esp the 'Qiang' part.
